We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to join our growing team, supporting Castle Grange Care Home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate professional who is committed to delivering outstanding standards of care and driving continuous improvement.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director and working alongside the Home Manager, you will play a key role. You’ll be hands-on in ensuring compliance, quality, and best practice are consistently delivered within the home.
Develop, review, and implement person-centred care plans using PCS systems
Conduct medication audits and ensure safe practices are maintained
Carry out full home audits in line with regulatory and company standards
Lead and support complaints handling and investigations
Identify areas for improvement through a proactive “find and fix” approach
Support and coach Home Managers to maintain high-quality care delivery
Ensure homes are the home is nspection-ready and continuously improving
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in elderly care settings (residential or nursing)
Has held a role as a Home Manager, Care Manager, Quality Manager, or is a highly experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
Demonstrates strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance standards
Is confident in auditing, reporting, and driving improvement
Has excellent communication and leadership skills
Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum
Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (flexible to meet the requirements of the home when needed)
